WOO HOO! Two more days left of the Blowtorch Diet!! Today was day 5. Not too bad - Filling meals, and I was extremely busy at work today so I wasn't thinking about it too much today...Now, that ALWAYS helps!!!
Breakfast: Iced Coffee w/ Mocha, 1 Serving Multi-Grain Cheerios (should have had milk with the cheerios...but, I stupidly forgot it at home!)
Mid Morning Snack: 1 Oz. Cashews; 3 Dried Plums. 1 Cup green tea
Lunch: 1/2 cup chopped carrots, 1 Can tuna, 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar, S&P. 12 Oz. Sparkling Water
Mid Afternoon Snack: 1.44 Oz. Dark Chocolate Bar (allowance was 2 oz.)
Dinner: 8 oz. Snap Peas (Steamed), 2 Cups Chopped Lettuce, 3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar. I also made 1 egg, scrambled because I felt like my body needed a little more protein (Always listen to your body)
Tomorrow and Saturday will be the easiest days of the diet because it consists of foods I like and normally would eat. Except the shockingly allowed Mini Multi-Grain bagel I'm allowed to have for lunch tomorrow. Won't lie...I'm pretty excited about that stinkin' bagel!!
OH...BTW...Lost another pound! That's Down 3!!
