Today was Blowtorch Diet Day 3. It went...Okay. But, I did lose two pounds so far already! Can't argue with that now can you? Here is what my diet consisted of today:
Breakfast: Iced Coffee w/ Mocha, Cook Rolled Oats w/ 1 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter and 1/2 Box of Raisins.
Mid Morning Snack: Double Chocolate Zone Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Can peas, 1/2 Can corn w/ 1 tbsp. Evoo, S&P and an Orange w/ 12 oz. Sparkling Water
Mid Afternoon Snack: Part Skim Mozzarella Stick (was also supposed to have a small Banana, but I DESPISE Bananas ^ Couldn't bring myself to eat it)
Dinner: 3 cups chopped lettuce w/ 3 tbsp. Balsamic dressing and 5 oz. Pan seared Salmon w/ S&P, as well as Lemon. 12 Oz. Sparking Water.
Today, I did have a milestone...What was it?? Salmon! I have NEVER had Salmon before. I'm not sure why but I have always been afraid to try it. I guess I'm not a big FISH person. But, I liked it! It was also extremely nice to have something...dare I say...Meaty...on the menu today! Kinda tasted like...Chicken!
I am a little hungry as of right now though - but enjoying my tons of water!! Don't ever forget your water intake. It's so, so important and I could never stress that enough.
Looking forward to my eggs for breakfast tomorrow morning!
