And now I am past the halfway point - Today was day 4! Not much of an exciting day for food. Tomorrow starts the real food...or, well I should say better food!! Food that I enjoy. After everything I ate today I did feel full though, which is great! and I wasn't craving the next "meal." Still down 2 pounds, we'll see if tomorrow will bring another pound!
Breakfast: Iced Coffee w/ Mocha, 2 eggs (scrambled) w/ EVOO (NOT butter) and an orange
Mid Morning Snack: Zone Bar, 1 cup green tea
Lunch: 1 Can mixed veggies (no potatos), 1 tbsp. Evoo, S&P, 12 oz. Sparkling water
Mid Morning Lunch: 1 box of Raisins & 1 Part Skim Mozzarella Stick, 1 cup green tea
Dinner: 3 Cups chopped Lettuce, 8 oz. steamed snap peas, 3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar & 12 oz. Sparkling Water
Not too shabby but the next 3 days I can honestly say I'm looking forward to because the menu is just that much better. I'm also pretty damn proud of myself for following through with this tough 7 Day Diet or strictly clean eating! Can't wait for some Meat Sunday though!!
