So many people have a hard time staying on track because of having to decide what to eat when the moment comes that you're hungry. There is one simple solution to that - Meal Prep. When prepping your meals at the beginning of the week it makes your life a lot easier when it comes to eating that week.
This week I'm going to have some deliciousness at work when it's meal time! Although each meal will be the "same" they will have a different twist each day -because, remember, your body can't get used to a routine or else it will stop burning fat at an acceptable pace. Breakfast -
