First off, I'd like to apologize for not posting the last 2 days of the Blowtorch Diet but being it was Labor Day weekend things got a little crazy over here!! Didn't have a moment to myself. The ending result was a total weight loss of 4 pounds! I'll definitely take that being I was stuck at 149 for so long!! I now only have about 10-12 pounds to my final weight loss goal and then it's time to tone, tone, tone!
During the Blowtorch Diet I absolutely missed my meats and the salad or should I say lettuce for dinner, got very boring as days passed but I am so incredibly proud of myself for finishing it with maybe 1 cheat the entire week. That cheat was only because I felt my body needed some more protein, so I added one scrambled egg with dinner one night.
As of today, I am back on the anti-inflammatory diet (as far as I know from my nutritionist). I do for-see a few issues which is wanting the cheese again being I was allowed to have it last week. At the same time, I don't for-see it being a problem because my stomach felt so full and bloated last week and I do NOT like that feeling. So, we'll see.
I should be back on supplements this week as well but not sure on which ones yet, so I will of course, keep you updated on that.
Hopefully with the water intake, and removing wheat and dairy from my diet again I will feel less bloat by the end of the week and maybe even drop another pound or two!!
Are you interested in what the Anti-Inflammatory diet consists of? I'll post some tips tomorrow!
