If you are anything like me than you need accountability and motivation in your life in order to lose that weight and become healthy. I guess wanting it isn't ENOUGH. I need to SEE what's happening and have someone else behind me so that It pushes me to move forward. If you're like me here are a few tips to keep motivated when it comes to weight loss and eating healthy.
