Unfortunately, the summer has come to an end. The fall breeze in the air, there's pumpkin everywhere and Barbeques are starting to get covered and put away for the year. Have you done that? Do you already miss your roasted corn? I love corn, and had some in the fridge so I decided to oven roast it!! It's yet again another simple, simple recipe!!
Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
Take out a baking sheet and use some foil to cover the top
Place corn on the baking sheet
sprinkle with some Salt, Pepper or whatever corn seasonings you prefer
place a small slab of butter on each piece
Finally, place in oven for 35-45 minutes (depending on size of corn)
When you check on the corn be sure to roll over a few times
Let the corn rest and cool off for a minute or two
eat...and...enjoy!!
What can't you roast?
Delicious!!
